Rio Moving is a leading US-based logistics company specializing in reliable and efficient moving and transportation services. We provide customized solutions for both residential and commercial relocations. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Recruiter to help grow our team of independent contractor movers across the U.S.

: US/Night Shift

Job Location:

Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Understand hiring needs and manage the full recruitment process for independent contractors.

Job Ads & Sourcing:

Post job ads, source candidates via job boards and other channels.

Screening & Interviews:

Screen applicants for experience, physical capability, and reliability. Conduct video interviews to explain the role and expectations.

Background Checks & Onboarding:

Run background checks, process contracts, and tax forms, and handle all paperwork for new hires.

Database & Reporting:

Maintain an active database of contractors and track recruitment progress. Provide regular updates to management on hiring status.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Coordinate contractor availability and job schedules with the operations team to ensure coverage for all moving jobs.

Ongoing Support:

Provide continuous communication and support to contractors to ensure job satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

1+ year of recruiting experience Confidence in speaking English clearly and professionally Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple hires across different locations Comfortable using recruiting tools and databases to track applicants and progress Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and ability to achieve hiring targets

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
