We are looking for System Administrator

exp:1-2 yrs

Work Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Minimum 1 years of experience as a System Administrator or related IT role.

? Strong understanding of Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu operating systems.

? Familiarity with server administration tools (e.g., Active Directory, VPN, Firewall, DNS).

? Experience with network security concepts and firewalls.

? Basic knowledge of applications like Zoho and asset management tools.

? Hands-on experience with basic laptop repairs: Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving common laptop issues like:

Hardware:

? RAM upgrades and troubleshooting (identifying faulty modules, compatibility etc.)

? Battery replacements and diagnosis (detecting battery degradation, lifespan optimization)

? Keyboard cleaning and repair (key malfunctioning, unresponsive keys)

? Overheating issues (cleaning fans, thermal paste replacement)

Software:

? Operating system reinstallation and troubleshooting (boot problems, driver issues).

? Malware and virus removal.

? Data recovery procedures.

Technical Skills:

? Operating Systems: Strong understanding of Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu server administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

? Server Administration: Familiarity with server platforms, tools, and protocols like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, and web servers (Apache).

? Network Security: Knowledge of network security concepts, firewalls, and user access control mechanisms.

? Application Support: Familiarity with Zoho and other relevant business applications.

? Asset Management Tools: Knowledge of asset management tools to track and maintain IT inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
