Objective
? Understanding the requirements.
? Enhance the concept created by the concept artist into creative style.
? Quality check before client's delivery.
? Deliver assigned-task in a given timeframe.
? Lead team to achieve desirable results.
? Strong communication skills to communicate with clients or to provide any suggestion.
Key Activities
? Can understand brand guidelines,colour preference, theme, design style, reference and other provided assets.
? Can do proper research and development to achieve desired results.
? Can do a proper quality check before delivery as per the requirement.
? Excellent time management skills, to achieve tight deadlines.
? The ability to lead a team as a part of a wider design process.
? Can provide training to the team performing with/under you.
? Strong communication skills to understand the feedback/reviews.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
? Creative and imaginative with an eye for color, balance, perspective and layout.
? Solid understanding of visual language - texture, color, dimension, scale, perspective, shade, composition, depth of field, proportion, spatial awareness, etc.
? Proficiency in programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and any other software is a plus
? Passion to implement latest trends and techniques in design.
? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designing, Visual Arts or relevant field.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
