Base Location : Hyd, Bangalore , Pune ,Gurgaon (work from office from day 1) Project Location : Assam (Ready for travel their Project Location if required) Number of positions : 2 Start Date : Feb23rd Caution : Don\'t work on Girls Profiles Mandatory : Ready for travel their Project Location Main Objectives In Lead Level Qualification-B.E / B.Tech / MBA / MCA / CA Experience - At least 7 Yrs. Of total experience including 5 Yrs. Of ERP implementation. At least 3 successful Full cycle ERP Implementation : End-to-End SAP-ERP project (BBP to module Go-live) Candidate should have 7+ years on HCM platform. Personnel Administration, Org Management, Time Management, Payroll - India, ESS & MSS. Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes. Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases. Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing the complete process cycles. Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS. Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management. Integration knowledge across modules. Good to have an exposure in PSU processes. Involved with technical team in providing the functional specifications and testing of client business processes. Involved in user training workshops, documentation and handling day-to-day issues. Should have good communication skills and be able to successfully conduct Workshops. Should have Good Communication Skills Should have experience of handling a team Client interfacing
