We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Financial Services industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling loans and insurance products to our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities

• Sell loans and insurance products to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to communicate their value to customers effectively

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience: Fresher (0-2 years) in sales, customer service, or a related field

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
