Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners such as Bus OEMs, Chassis Manufacturers, Fuel Station Chains, Finance/Leasing Companies
Act as the primary liaison between Bitla and ecosystem partners to build win-win collaboration models.
Coordinate joint customer engagement activities like operator meets, fleet demo events, and training workshops
Track performance of partnerships: lead flow, successful activations, operator conversions, and revenue outcomes
Gather market intelligence on OEM product launches, fuel pricing strategies, fleet incentives, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or 10+2
2-4 years experience Sales Support,
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate business value clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting & Documentation).
Willingness to travel across region
