Job Description

Role: PRT English Teacher
Location: Vanki, Rajasthan
Experience: 2-5 years
Notice: Max 15 days
Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English language instruction aligned with the curriculum for grades 1-5.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate diverse teaching methodologies, including storytelling, games, and interactive activities.

• Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback to support learning.

• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and confidence in language use.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary learning and school-wide initiatives.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones.

• Utilize digital tools and classroom resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

• Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Primary Education (PRT).

• Proficiency in teaching English at the primary level, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and phonics.

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a PRT or primary-level English teacher in a recognized school setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with NCERT curriculum and state board syllabi for primary education.

• Willingness to work in a rural or semi-urban educational setting in Vanki, Rajasthan.

• PRT English certification as per state or national guidelines.
