Job Description

Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience in the Procurement Buyer role. Good English both oral and written and interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders. Any certification related to SCM is added advantage. Create purchase orders for the department and track invoice queries. Create suppliers for the department and ensure all information is collected. Support end-user/departmental system training as and when required. Perform contract renewals/sourcing. Provide an initial response to client requests/audits on procurement processes queries from a library of standard responses. Good analytical capabilities and competent user of MS Office. Understanding and experience of procurement processes, specifically. Excellent purchasing system knowledge i.e., Workday Exposure to the Supplier relationship management (SRM) process would be an added advantage. Ideally experience of working in different categories like Technology, professional services, marketing, etc. is needed. Ability to operate in a fast passed environment and prioritize accordingly.
