Responsibilities:

• Oversee all academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the school with a focus on excellence and compliance.

• Ensure consistent implementation of the CBSE curriculum, assessment frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.

• Design and execute long-term academic strategies to improve teaching quality, student performance, and learning outcomes.

• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to teaching staff through regular evaluations and feedback.

• Cultivate a disciplined, inclusive, and student-centered school culture that supports intellectual, emotional, and social growth.

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, community partners, and local stakeholders, with strong communication in Telugu.

• Manage school budgets, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance to ensure sustainable operations.

• Promote and support co-curricular, extracurricular, and student welfare programs to enrich the overall educational experience.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education or a related field, along with a valid B.Ed. qualification.

• Minimum of 9-10 years of progressive experience as a Principal in a recognized CBSE school.

• Prior experience in a residential school environment is highly preferred.

• Fluency in Telugu, with the ability to communicate effectively with local families and community members.

• Strong command of English for official documentation, reporting, and inter-school communication.

• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficiency in standard computer applications and familiarity with CBSE policies, procedures, and digital tools.

• Age below 55 years.
