Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students

• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Develop and implement activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of our students

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in a Pre School or kindergarten setting

• Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
