We are seeking an experienced and visionary Pre-School Head to join our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pre-school division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our young students, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development, and the ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pre-school division, setting strategic goals and objectives to drive academic excellence and student growth

• Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with national and international standards

• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes social-emotional learning and character development

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver engaging and effective teaching practices

• Communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and open houses

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the pre-school division

• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement innovative approaches to enhance student learning

• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, schools, and organizations to promote partnerships and collaborations

Requirements
Requirements

• Minimum 3+years of experience in a leadership role in a pre-school or early childhood education setting

• Strong understanding of child development theories and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and staff

• Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve academic excellence and student growth

• Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the school's vision and mission

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

• Informed and up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
