• Design and deliver interactive, developmentally appropriate English language lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports holistic child development

• Implement creative, hands-on activities that promote language acquisition, critical thinking, and problem-solving

• Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success and collaborative learning

• Regularly assess student progress and use data to inform instruction and individualized support

• Collaborate with teaching teams to align curriculum goals and enhance instructional practices

• Maintain accurate and timely records of student attendance, progress, and classroom activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• 0-5 years of experience in a pre-primary, kindergarten, or early childhood setting

• Solid understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices

• Proven ability to create engaging, interactive, and language-rich learning experiences

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in teaching foundational English concepts to young learners

• Required skills: Pre School, Kindergarten, English Language Instruction
