Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Business Studies, covering key areas such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economy, International Trade, and Business Management.

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE/ICSE or State Board curriculum standards.

• Utilize digital learning platforms and educational technology to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.

• Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment through effective classroom management.

• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities to support holistic student development.

• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, academic planning, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in CBSE, ICSE, or State Board schools.

• In-depth subject knowledge in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economy, International Trade, and Business Studies.

• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse learners.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Proficiency in using digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and educational software.
