Job Title: NEET Botany Teacher
Location: Pondicherry
Experience: Min 2 years
Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive instruction on the NEET Botany syllabus, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.

• Design and implement structured lesson plans and customized study materials tailored to diverse learning needs.

• Organize and conduct regular assessments, chapter-wise tests, and full-length mock exams to monitor progress.

• Conduct one-on-one doubt-clearing sessions and provide targeted academic guidance to improve performance.

• Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps, track improvement, and refine teaching strategies.

• Stay updated on NEET exam pattern changes, syllabus revisions, and marking schemes.

• Inspire and engage students through dynamic, interactive teaching methods and consistent motivation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Botany or a related field; postgraduate qualification (M.Sc. in Botany) preferred.

• 2-5 years of proven experience in teaching NEET Botany to medical aspirants.

• In-depth subject knowledge with a strong grasp of NEET-specific question patterns and trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex biological concepts.

• Proficiency in creating study materials, assessments, and digital learning aids.

• Demonstrated success in improving student performance and achieving high NEET scores.
