Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher to join our school community in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role is vital in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally supportive learning environment for young children. The Mother Teacher will play a central role in shaping early childhood experiences by combining educational expertise with warmth, empathy, and consistency. The position requires a professional who is committed to holistic child development, strong classroom management, and active collaboration with parents and staff. This is a full-time role with school hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a meaningful opportunity to impact young learners' foundational years.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and structured lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and social-emotional growth.

• Monitor and support each child's developmental progress through regular observation and documentation.

• Collaborate with parents and guardians to share insights, address concerns, and promote consistent communication.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

• Maintain classroom organization, materials, and records in accordance with school policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a teacher in a preschool or kindergarten setting.

• Strong understanding of child development stages and early learning principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive, patient, and compassionate demeanor.

• Proficient in basic digital tools for record-keeping and classroom management.
