Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Chintamani, Bengaluru. This role is vital in fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively. The Mother Teacher will serve as a primary caregiver and guide, ensuring each child feels valued, supported, and inspired to explore and grow. With a focus on holistic development, this position plays a key role in shaping the foundational experiences of early learning.
Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a warm, secure, and engaging classroom environment for young children.

• Support daily routines including meals, naps, hygiene, and play activities with care and consistency.

• Observe and document child development milestones, sharing insights with parents and team members.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement age-appropriate learning activities and curricula.

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and well-being.

• Promote positive behavior, emotional regulation, and social interaction among children.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and institutional policies at all times.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working with young children in a childcare or early education setting.

• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient, and nurturing demeanor.

• Preference given to female candidates.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, child-centered environment.

• Familiarity with basic child development principles and positive discipline techniques.
