Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead corporate sales for Group Medical Cover (GMC) policies. The role involves end-to-end B2B sales, relationship management with corporate decision-makers, and delivering customized health insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert corporate leads for Group Health Insurance.
Build strong relationships with HR heads, CXOs, and admin teams.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Work with insurance partners to create tailored health insurance plans, including OPD and wellness solutions.
Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Oversee client onboarding, documentation, and service support.
Upsell and cross-sell other general insurance and OPD offerings.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of B2B sales experience; insurance/financial services preferred.
Experience in GMC or employee benefits is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred:
Existing corporate HR/admin network.
Understanding of IRDAI regulations.
Experience managing large accounts and renewals.
Knowledge of the Bangalore market.
