Role: Management Consulting
Location: Tatabad, Coimbatore

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Management Consultant who can help enhance the overall
performance and efficiency of our construction company. This role involves assessing
business operations, defining and monitoring KPI/KRA frameworks, improving
workflows, and supporting leadership in decision-making and organizational growth.
The consultant will work closely with different departments, analyze business data,
identify problem areas, recommend solutions, and help ensure those solutions are
implemented effectively.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, analytical, confident in communication, and
able to translate strategic goals into clear and practical actions that employees
understand and follow.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Improvement & Strategy

• Identify business areas that require enhancement and align them with

company goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs & KRAs for different departments and

staff roles.

• Review work processes, costs, productivity, and project performance to

identify improvement opportunities.

• Assist senior management in planning and executing strategic business

initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze data such as financial performance, operational metrics,

employee output, and cost patterns.

• Interpret results to identify gaps and improvement possibilities.

Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of performance measurement systems (KPI/KRA)

and process improvement methods.

• Ability to analyze data, draw logical conclusions, and convert findings into

recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex ideas in a simple

and understandable way.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability across different work

levels.

• Good time management and ability to handle multiple assignments.

• Creative and solution-oriented mindset.

Education & Experience

• MBA or CA/CMA (Inter or Final) candidates are preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, performance management, strategy, business analysis, or related roles.

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries is an advantage
