Job Title: Logistics Executive
We are looking for a Logistics Sea Freight Executive manages end-to-end ocean freight operations, handling bookings, documentation (like Bills of Lading), carrier coordination, customs compliance, and client communication to ensure smooth, cost-effective import/export movements, focusing on efficiency, timely delivery, and problem-solving for global shipments. Key duties involve quotation, tracking, troubleshooting delays, negotiating rates, and maintaining accurate shipment records, requiring strong coordination and knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms).
Requirements
1. 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
2. Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a focus on sea freight.
3. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
6. Ability to manage multiple shipments and work in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
Chennai-based candidates preferred
