Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a temporary


contractual role to support our supply chain operations. The role involves managing imports,


exports, and domestic logistics while ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and smooth


coordination with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills,


working knowledge of SAP, and the ability to handle documentation and process improvements


efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Coordination:
o Manage import, export, and domestic logistics in coordination with CHAs, courier


agencies, vendors, and Zoetis affiliates.


o Liaise between procurement, finance, and logistics to ensure timely and


compliant movement of goods Track shipments and provide regular status


updates to stakeholders.
Documentation & Systems:
o Generate and manage import/export/domestic logistics documents through


Power Platform apps. Maintain dashboards and trackers for shipment and


regulatory status.


o Keep accurate and updated documentation for audit readiness.
Regulatory & Compliance:
o Handle documentation for regulatory licensing from authorities such as CDSCO,


FDA, DADF, etc.


o Ensure compliance with GSR norms, HSN codes, and Incoterms for all


shipments.


o Manage clearance of goods under various payment terms, including Cash


Against Documents, High-Seas Sales, and others.
SAP & Financial Coordination:
o Create and manage Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and other logistics


transactions in SAP.


o Coordinate with local and international finance teams to ensure duty payments,


timely import remittances and compliance with trade documentation


requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify process gaps and support automation or digital initiatives to improve


efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools for


management updates.
Experience 2 - 5 Years


Salary 4 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
