Inside Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-3 years in Tender domain & Client Acquisition
About the role: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to
identify and onboard clients interested in government tenders.
The candidate will focus on generating new business, pitching
tender opportunities to potential clients, and ensuring higher participation in government tenders.
further candidate should have a strong background in B2B, B2G sales,
lead generation, and tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and approach potential clients who want to participate in
government tenders / looking to expand business through
government tenders
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online
research
- Educate clients on government tender opportunities and
procurement processes
- Build relationships with companies seeking government contracts.
- Develop customized sales pitches for the clients interested
- Work with internal teams to ensure clients have the right support
for bidding process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by increasing client
participation in tenders.
- Stay updated on government procurement trends, new tenders,
and policies
Skills and Qualification:-
- 2-3 years experience in Sales & Business Development (preferably
tender domain)
- Understanding of e-tendering portals like GeM, CPPP, and state
procurement websites.
- Proven ability to generate leads and onboard clients interested in
tenders
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills to close deals
efficiently.
- Experience in selling tender consultancy services or tender-based
sales solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office
