Job Overview:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling HVAC projects to ensure timely execution with optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare and update project schedules for HVAC works
Track project progress and identify delays or risks
Coordinate with site, design, and execution teams
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment planning
Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and MIS
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and planned resources
Required Candidate's Profile:
B.E. /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC / MEP planning
Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
Good coordination, reporting, and analytical skills
