We are looking for Human Resource Business Partner

Academics and Experience

Bachelor's degree/master's in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully into the company.

Ensure new employees are effectively on board, understand their roles, and have a positive introduction to the company culture.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with local labor laws, company values, and best practices.

Assist in managing the probationary period for new employees, ensuring timely performance reviews and feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal information, and performance appraisals.

Manage the exit interview process for employees leaving the company, ensuring proper documentation is completed, and feedback is gathered.

Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions or concerns (e.g., benefits, company policies, payroll).

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documentation, maintaining files, and preparing reports.

Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
