Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR and recruitment while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in [mention relevant field, e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.] or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior experience or coursework in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
