Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management

: Greet visitors, maintain a presentable and organized reception area, provide information, and manage access via a visitor log or security procedures.

Communication

: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Scheduling

: Update calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments for various personnel and external contacts.

Administrative Support

: Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and preparing documents.

Office Management

: Order office supplies, monitor office expenses, and ensure the reception area is well-stocked with necessary materials.

Logistics

: Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare relevant vouchers.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
