Purpose of the Role

You will be the

bridge between customers and our technical teams

, ensuring smooth proposal creation, customer communication, and order coordination--helping convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Study inquiries from multiple sources and prepare

Technical & Commercial Proposals (TCS)

in consultation with Design & Estimation teams. Send proposals to clients and follow up with the sales team until

Purchase Order (PO)

is released. Send

PO acknowledgments

and

Proforma Invoices

to customers. Coordinate

drawing approvals

, technical documents, and factory production schedules. Track order status, ensure timely

dispatch

, and prepare final delivery documents. Assist in

quote comparison

and order finalization. Maintain accurate

MIS

and CRM records.

Education & Skills Required

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

(Freshers welcome). Strong

analytical & communication skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office

; knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
