E-Commerce

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales-to-order cycle, possess hands-on experience in sales order and purchase order creation, and excel in generating daily and weekly MIS reports. The E-Commerce Executive must be a versatile individual with a start-up mind set, capable of multitasking and taking ownership of their responsibilities. This role requires effective coordination with multiple suppliers, as well as seamless collaboration with the logistics and sales teams. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.

Responsibilities

Sales-to-Order Cycle:

Understand and manage the complete sales-to-order cycle, ensuring efficient and timely order processing.

Sales Order and Purchase Order Creation:

Handle the creation of sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

MIS Reporting:

Generate daily and weekly MIS reports to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Start-up Attitude:

Demonstrate a proactive and innovative start-up mind set, taking initiative, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Multi-Tasking:

Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing as needed to meet deadlines.

Ownership:

Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring their successful completion.

Supplier Coordination:

Collaborate with a large number of suppliers on a daily basis to ensure smooth order fulfilment and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Logistics and Sales Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to coordinate and facilitate efficient operations.

MS Office Proficiency:

Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for various tasks and reporting needs.
