Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Department: Sales / Customer Relations

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer follow-ups and maintain consistent communication. Assist in proposal making and coordination with the sales team. Handle order processing and ensure timely documentation. Maintain smooth relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate order follow-up with the factory for production and dispatch updates. Oversee dispatch tracking and ensure delivery timelines are met. Collect and record customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Support pre-sales activities, including lead updates and CRM database maintenance. Update and manage CRM system data for accurate customer and order tracking.
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software Detail-oriented with good follow-up ability Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude
Experience & Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Commerce) 1-5 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / Customer Support
