Responsible for entire recruitment process Temporary recruitments for clients i.e., sourcing applications, short listing candidates, conducting Interviews, checking references and completing the process.
Salary Mapping, Offer letter processing
Manage a range of recruitment sources from Job portals, networking, and passive sources.
Responsible for the entire HR line function, involves managing outsourced employees, compliance, employee engagement, Recruitment.

Client Interaction: -

Responsible for handling prestigious client through client meetings, phone calls to understand requirements.
Responsible for quality assurance in delivery of services to client.
Responsible for managing Labor Contingent programmer along with Field work.

Joining Formality and Induction: -

Responsible to update new joining data on Fieldwork.
To ensure the completion of joining formalities in terms of documentation and conduct inductions programs

Coordinating for the Email ID, salary accounts and company ID card, access card and getting it done on time
