You will be responsible for preparing a variety of Chinese dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine or related culinary field.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques specific to Chinese cuisine.
Knowledge of Chinese ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant qualification is preferred.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to the menu specifications.
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure proper storage.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and improve existing recipes.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
