We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Centre Co-Ordinator to join our team in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our educational centre, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional support to students, teachers, and parents. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain valuable experience in the education sector and contribute to the growth and success of our centre.
Responsibilities

• Coordinating the centre's daily activities, including student admissions, attendance, and progress tracking

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, both manually and digitally

• Providing administrative support to teachers, students, and parents

• Handling centre-related communication, including phone calls, emails, and messages

• Assisting in the planning and execution of centre events, workshops, and activities

• Maintaining a clean and organized centre environment

• Collaborating with the centre head to achieve centre goals and objectives

Requirements

• Work Experience: Fresher (1-3 years) in an educational setting or a related field

• Required Skills:

+ Centre Head
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
