Job Title: Business Development Manager (Recruitment/Staffing)
Location: Goregaon West
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development within recruitment or HR consulting
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and expand business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sector. The role requires a strong background in B2B sales, relationship management, and a deep understanding of recruitment services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue growth and positioning our agency as a trusted recruitment partner across industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and secure new business opportunities across industries (IT, Non-IT, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.)
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and effectively pitch recruitment services
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers
Manage key client accounts ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, branding, and business visibility
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business pipeline
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of business development experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (permanent & contract)
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn/networking platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/MBA in HR, Marketing, or related field
Experience in both permanent and contract staffing
Experience 4 - 6 Years
Salary 4 Lac 75 Thousand To 6 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
