We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who is proficient in calendar and meeting management to support the CEO of a digital marketing company.

Responsibilities:



Manage and organize the CEO's calendar Schedule and coordinate meetings Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups Maintain Google Sheets and assist with basic data organization Support task management Experience with CRM platforms--especially GoHighLevel--is a strong plus

Requirements:



Excellent time management and organizational skills Very focused, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
