Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.
Manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify) and the company website.
Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads.
Analyze performance metrics and implement CRO and UX improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, design, and IT teams for smooth operations.
Manage relationships with vendors, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Expertise in Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Master's in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce
Experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho.
CRO, A/B testing, and advanced analytics tools
