Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for our Design Team only for local applicants of Bokaro. Kindly apply if the following location, role and responsibilities suits you:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualise creative campaigns and branding materials. Create original illustrations, graphics, and layouts based on project briefs. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and campaigns. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Hiring is only for the local applicants of Bokaro. If you are not from Bokaro, please do not apply. 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or startup environment. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work. Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Immediate availability is a plus.
