The Lobby In-Charge is responsible for managing front-desk and lobby operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, maintaining discipline, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage lobby/front-desk operations and ensure proper visitor handling
Greet, guide, and assist guests, clients, and vendors courteously
Monitor visitor entry, maintain visitor registers, and issue access passes
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the lobby area
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and admin teams
Handle basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required
Ensure lobby decor, displays, and seating arrangements are well maintained
Report daily activities and incidents to management
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge (visitor log, email, reports)
Ability to manage multiple visitors calmly and professionally

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
