Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
Edit long-form podcast-style videos (15-60 minutes) for YouTube and other platforms
Handle multi-camera footage, audio syncing, clean cuts, and sound design
Craft engaging stories from raw discussions by removing filler content
Add lower thirds, transitions, branded elements, intros/outros, and captions
Create short-form clips from long episodes for social media repurposing (Reels, Shorts, Snippets)
Coordinate with podcast hosts and videographers on shoot timelines and quality
Manage file organization, backups, and version control for ongoing episodes
Work independently or with audio engineers to ensure studio-quality sound
Graphic Designing
Design thumbnails for YouTube, podcast covers, and episode creatives
Create social media creatives, banners, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
Develop lower-thirds, title cards, motion-friendly graphics, and templates for videos
Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms
Collaborate with the content and marketing team on branding and campaign visuals
Requirements
Proven experience in
long-form video editing
(podcasts, interviews, webinars)
Strong skills in
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
Basic understanding of
color grading and audio enhancement
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,461.51 - ₹31,847.87 per month
