About the role:
The Process Excellence team at Lohono Stays is a new team with the objective of driving process improvements and automation with data being the core of our decision-making. We are looking for a young and enthusiastic data analyst to join us as an early member of the data analytics team and lead multiple data-related initiatives within the firm.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sanitisation across business functions
- Derive business insights and determine key KPIs for monitoring business performance
- Work with the process team on building data models for optimizing processes
- Lead dashboarding activities for multiple business verticals
- Delivery of automated reports and data visualization solutions
Key skills required :
- SQL queries
- Advanced Excel
- Basic statistical analysis
- Build ETL pipeline and data flows
- Building dashboards
- Experience in Tableau and Prep Builder is preferred but not mandatory
What you will need to have:
- 2-3 years of experience in data or business analytics
- Experience working with multiple business verticals such as sales, operations, finance, etc. preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage projects
- Experience in a startup ecosystem
- High level of accountability
Preferences (not mandatory):
- Preference for early joiners
- Preference for candidates with experience in retail, CPG or real-estate
