Key Roles and Responsibility:

Ensuring zero delays in supply of parts according to the daily PPC plan

Logistics Planning: Played a key role in supplier management, evaluating vendor performance, and fostering strong relationships to improve supplier reliability.

Vendor management: Collaborated with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, resolving any issues that arose.

Managed JIT (Just-In-Time) process through Milkrun logistics.

Ensuring no shortages for the production, highlighting to buyer if any.

Ensuring timely unloading of vehicle within the TAT & dock schedule

Ensuring proper binning of material received

Regular bin mapping to avoid miss location of parts.

Confirming of parts received against the documents.

Training team regarding 5S, kaizen, safety and health

Inventory management through regular PI.

Manpower allocation and training new team members.

Providing timely feedback and feed forward to the concerned agency.

Preparation of work instruction sheet, OPL & Skill matrix review.

Carrying Root cause analysis and providing countermeasure for process related issues

Creating awareness in quality aspects throughout the Assembly line by conducting training on WCQ, DIFTR, 5S, Poke Yoke, Kaizen.

Leading the Self-management team and achieving the SQPDCME targets through KPI.

Monitoring daily productivity.

Problem analysis and solving through PSR (Problem solving report) & 7 QC tools.
