Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Tutor to train students in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience, strong teaching abilities, and a knack for simplifying logistics concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training in logistics topics like inventory management, shipping, warehousing, and supply chain optimization as per the curriculum. Explain logistics processes, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and industry standards. Conduct hands-on sessions, simulations, case studies, assignments, and assessments. Guide students on real-time logistics projects, software tools, and placement preparation. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist with portfolio building. Maintain training quality, classroom discipline, and update course materials with current trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / BBA / B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems, Tally for inventory) and MS Office. Minimum 1-2 years of logistics industry, operations, or teaching experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to teach complex logistics concepts in an engaging, simple manner. Passion for mentoring students in the logistics sector.
Preferred Skills

Experience in EdTech, training centers, or logistics firms (e.g., warehousing, transport). Knowledge of Indian logistics regulations, e-way bills, and global supply chains. Familiarity with tools like Google Forms for assessments and basic data analysis.
