About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic

Logistics Trainer

to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on logistics, supply chain management, and related subjects to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have both

industry knowledge

and

teaching ability

to help learners develop practical and theoretical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive training sessions on

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Transportation, and Procurement

. Develop and update

lesson plans, training materials, and case studies

based on industry trends. Evaluate student performance through

assignments, assessments, and practical exercises

. Guide learners on

career development, certifications, and industry standards

. Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to ensure

training effectiveness and student engagement

. Organize workshops, industrial visits, and guest sessions to provide

hands-on exposure

. Stay current with

logistics software tools, industry practices, and global trade regulations

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

. Proven experience in

logistics operations or teaching/training

. Strong knowledge of

transportation management, inventory control, import/export documentation, and warehousing

. Excellent

presentation and communication skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with

logistics ERP or software tools

.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in

Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related professional courses

Experience in

corporate training or academic institutions

. Ability to integrate

real-world case studies

and

practical simulations

in training.
