Job Summary:

The Logistics Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in logistics, supply chain management, and related subjects. The trainer should ensure students or trainees gain practical and theoretical knowledge aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive sessions on

logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, supply chain, and procurement

. Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Provide hands-on training using real-world case studies and logistics software (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS). Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the logistics and supply chain industry. Collaborate with placement and academic teams to support student career readiness. Provide feedback and mentoring to help trainees improve their skills and employability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

of experience in logistics/supply chain operations or training.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage learners effectively.

Preferred:

Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g.,

CILT, APICS, Lean Six Sigma

) Prior experience as a trainer or educator. Knowledge of modern teaching tools and e-learning platforms.

Salary Range:

?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
