Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Logistics Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs related to logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations. The trainer will be responsible for equipping employees and trainees with practical knowledge, technical skills, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training sessions on logistics and supply chain topics, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, import/export, and documentation. Prepare training materials such as manuals, presentations, and case studies tailored to different skill levels. Stay updated with industry trends, government regulations, and emerging technologies in logistics. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical training sessions. Knowledge of logistics software and digital tools (ERP, WMS, TMS). Excellent organizational and assessment skills

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
