Logistics Trainer
Job Description
1.Preparation of logistics sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.
2.Conducting Logistics classes as per schedule and methodology.
3.Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.
4.Counseling students as when required to enable their placements in jobs
5.Mainataining progress report of student, Handling internal MIS system (SFDC & LMS) and involving into day to day reporting
6.Helping with Students mobilization in near by community & supporting center to maintain infra
7.Developing & capturing success stories of the students
8.Help in placement process of the studentsRequirements
- Graduate with at least two years of experience in training
- Candidate should be strong in communication and from Logistics/E-commerce industry(preferable)
- Person should be comfortable to train students. Good written and oral communication in English is required
- Candidate who is comfortable to go in the community and can convince students for the course.
- Extrovert, people oriented, ability to handle students of varying learning abilities and motivate them.
