Interpret, develop, revise and implement training based on the industry designed skill programs with meticulous planning and quality delivery. Should meet quality standards of training and make aspirants attain their objective and be employable. Evaluate students performance on regular intervals. Trainer should interact with students individually and in group to understand individuals learning abilities. Should prepare and follow day wise training schedules accordingly. Should conduct assessments at regular intervals.
