Lead and manage a team of 5-7 high-performing team members (TBA, BA).
Set performance benchmarks, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure productivity and quality.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to build a results-driven culture.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using various channels (online/offline).
Ensure quality conversions by enabling the team with proper tools and strategies.
Market Mapping & Intelligence
Perform market mapping on both demand and supply sides.
Collect and analyze competitive and market intelligence to create actionable strategies.
Community Management & Retention
Actively manage and moderate the customer and driver/partner community.
Engage with supply and customer segments to improve retention through calling, partner engagement, zonal fulfilment, etc.
Operations & Delivery
Ensure partner and customer target deliveries in assigned areas.
Handle partner/customer negotiations to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
Process & Performance Improvement
Identify gaps and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Improve operational efficiency and service delivery through data-driven decision-making.
Branding & Local Marketing
Execute BTL (Below the Line) marketing and branding initiatives in the city.
Support visibility and engagement efforts through hyperlocal campaigns.
Talent Management
Help in hiring the right talent for your team.
Continuously monitor and track team performance and implement development plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent team and relationship management capabilities.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel

Basic knowledge of

Strong numerical and
analytical skills
; ability to work with large data sets.
Knowledge of supply chain processes, field ops, and delivery systems.
Highly self-motivated with a hands-on approach - must be field-oriented.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations/sales/team handling preferred.
