IF Experience: Minimum 2 Years' Experience in Inventory Operations from Consumer/IT Service Industry
Candidate Skills Set Requirements: Basic Knowledge in RMA Process, Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Email), Proficiency in Hindi Language. Excel & Macros skills are must, Knowledge of managing returns and rejections professionally and promptly with OEMs, Ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and targets
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Involves in daily operation activities including RMA replenishment, shipping, warehousing and distribution.

Customer Escalation Handling
3.
Inventory Audit & Checks
4.
Communicates with all Locations (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata) team members to ensure on spot replenishment TAT is met.
5.
Communicates any changes in the deliveries to all relevant parties and follow up on interruptions to the deliveries.
6.
Maintaining and Providing MIS Reports on day to day assignments.
7.
Organizes, plans, and implements inventory activities.
8.
Improves operational systems, processes and best practices for organizational well-being.
9.
Contributes towards the achievement of Company's strategic and operational objectives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
