Key Responsibilities:
Call customers to confirm shipping addresses before dispatch.
Proactively handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) by contacting customers and resolving delivery issues.
Update shipping details in system/portals based on customer inputs.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for delivery rescheduling, address changes, or escalations.
Track undelivered parcels and ensure timely action to minimize RTO (Return to Origin) orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Share delivery issue reports and suggestions for improvement with the team.
Work closely with the E-commerce and Warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment is smooth and timely.
