Job Title-Logistics & Supply Chain Manager Job Location- Mumbai Industry- Ecommerce Work Experience- Proven experience 5-8 years in logistics and supply chain management roles, with a track record of successful process optimization Deep understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and a proven track record of successfully coordinating the movement of goods while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency Qualification-Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. CTC- 8 to 10 lpa Candidate must have his/her own laptop or desktop. - \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers through shipping partners such as courier companies \xe2\x97\x8f Identify the best logistics partners and models to reduce delivery time for orders received on the YCL platform \xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate the best terms and TATs with the shipping partners \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with documentation required for shipping, transportation regulations and industry standards. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor adherence to TATs shared by shipping partners and adherence to deposits of cash collected for CODs as per the agreed terms \xe2\x97\x8f Design and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain, including inventory management and order fulfillment. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions. \xe2\x97\x8f Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from logistics and supply chain data. \xe2\x97\x8f Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Make informed decisions based on data-driven insights to optimize processes. Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Fluent in English
• Experience of managing logistics through courier companies such as Delhivery, E Com express, ShipRocket etc for Ecommerce companies
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management, and inventory control principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to logistics and transportation.
• Certification(s) in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., CSCMP, APICS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
