Job Title: Logistics Field Supervisor

Reports to: Logistics Manager/Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Field Supervisor to oversee logistics operations in the field, ensuring efficient movement of goods, materials, and supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate logistics activities in the field, including transportation, loading/unloading, and delivery.

2. Ensure timely and efficient execution of logistics operations, meeting customer demands and deadlines.

3. Monitor and manage field staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Track and report logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

5. Collaborate with transportation teams, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

6. Resolve logistics issues and problems in the field, escalating complex issues to management.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in logistics or transportation supervision

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

3. Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management, and safety regulations

4. Proficiency in logistics software and technology (e.g., GPS tracking, logistics management systems)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
